My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Testicular cancer
Prostate cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

This is a tremendous cause, one which impacted my family directly through my father and recently my brother being diagnosed with Prostate Cancer. This is my 15th consecutive year being involved - MOving forward each MOvember I’m ‘MO'ing’ specifically in support of one of my best friends, my brother. This years goal is simple, GO Bigger than any past campaigns and round out my permanent reminder of 'Why I MO'....

1. Achieve my personal target of $10k.
2. Run 60km or more in the Hairy Month raising awareness to the 60 men lost to suicide globally each hour.
3. Shed 10 pounds or more, complete my annual check-up and PSA bloodwork, and work deliberately to be my best me in the month providing a great example for my 4 kids.
4. Share a memorable MO-moment from past campaigns, or a Movember & Men’s Health Awareness post for each of the 30 days of the month through my social feeds
5. Work to educate the next generation of MOrriors through my 19 & 18 year old sons, Toryn and Karver (and their friend group), on what MOvember is all about and how to have some fun doin’ good while rocking wispy MO’s
6. And lastly, to once again have the most fun and best MOustache on my street at a minimum….

Wishing you all a holiday season filled with joy, gratitude, and the warmth of your well-deserved success. United We Mo!

Thank-you for your commitment and support.

We've now arrived at Movember 30 and everyone in this challenge should pause for a moment to reflect on an amazing job done, what can only be described as an epic 'stache and an impressive commitment to help change the face of men's health.

As Mo season is coming to a close, I want to flag that the leaderboards will officially close on Thursday, December 7th at 5 pm EST, marking the moment we crown our 2023 Movember champions of each challenge. While donations can still be received after this time, please note that they won't contribute to the leaderboard race.

Thanks for all you have done this year and will continue to do as we move forward.

United We Mo!!!
