This year we had 897 kids come to the door trick or treating and many more come by for the scares and laughs. Every one of them had to walk by Movember QR codes. This is about 30 more kids then last year.

As a cancer survivor I know the importance of raising the awareness of men’s health, to take control of it, have the difficult conversations with family and have open communication with your doctor. I know it’s lean times so a huge thank you in advance for any donation big or small.

I have been growing my beard since November 1st, 2022, and I plan to shave it off on December 1st, 2023. The conversations I’ve had while growing my beard will continue even after I’ve shaved it off. I believe that any opportunity to raise awareness for a cause is an opportunity worth taking.

We had a great turn out this year for Halloween. We had 860 trick or treaters come up to our door for candy. Also, had parents to those 860 kids looking at the decorations and getting scared from my friend helping out. We were walking around the yard as well as people jumping out of coffins and creating a wonderful atmosphere.

There is $10k available to us if we achieve all 3 tiers, so please start tracking your movements today and as you MO through the month. Have a look at my personal page if you need any help, or see the QRG developed to help!

Team Jansen

Here is the BHP Global Leaderboard. As defending Champs let’s work to stay in the Top 5 - this is achievable if we dig-in and get after it. The fundraising is important, but much more important are the conversations had with the men in your life who need a reminder to manage their physical health through annual physicals, and more importantly the support we're providing to anyone needing a listening ear for struggles their facing as a result of the pandemic or their mental wellness in general.

Thanks again, keep MOving strong towards MOvember month end and our finish line.....
