My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

Last year, my Movember moustache was widely acknowledged as an achievement for Canada.

I'm not sure I can top that, so for 2023 I'm going long instead. Literally. I'm going to walk 240 kilometres over the month.

Why 240 km? The organization suggests 60 km for the month, but when I stop to admire the face furniture I grew last year, I realize that it's at least four times what might be objectively deemed baseline beautiful.

Friends, or should I say loving and devoted spouse, I humbly ask that you consider a donation of $240 or $1 per kilometre walked. Proceeds go to fund men's health, such as prostate and testicular cancer research and mental health.

For those of you craving a stache, we'll always have the memory. And maybe I'll bring it back next year. But for 2023, I'm walking it out. Now open up your hearts — and your wallets — and give.
