we will CRUSH Mental Health disease and Suicide. We will DESTROY Men’s Cancers and Breast Cancer. We will run amok and have Fun. We will talk and walk, and sing and sting, and hot yoga. We will raise lots of money and support a good cause. We are ONE. We are Hairy. We are “Doctors without Razors!”

1. Every dollar raised by ‘Arash Fard’ will be matched up to $5,000, with a donation to Breast Cancer.
2. Every dollar raised by Finnigan the Cancer Fighting Doggie will be matched up to $1,000 with a donation to Breast Cancer.
3. Catherine Otto will be making a donation to Breast Cancer at the end of the Campaign.

Mitch Hermansen here and I am a full time moustache farmer with Movember Canada.

I wanted to write with a huge thank you for all your support of Movember and men’s health this year. Over $64,000 raised with a team of 151 Mo's?? – that is completely amazing! You're all Mo Legends.

As we approach the last few days of the campaign, enjoy it, stay strong, and rock those Mo's with pride!

You’re making a difference for men’s health and we can’t thank you enough for that.

Recruited this fit crew of locals for our pain train today! Thanks for your courage mo bros and brosephines!

A very tough boot camp today at a Crescent Heights Stairs! 4 times up and down with burpees, lunges and push-ups. Almost killed me but we did it!

Actually was 6.5kms but no decimal. Feeling healthier promoting men’s health.

Oak Bay Bicycles not only had a beautiful store and an excellent high end rental fleet, but they also stepped up to support the Movember Foundation and our team; Doctors Without Razors! Thanks so much Oak Bay Bicycles for your contribution and for being the best bike shop on the island!!
