Movember wrapped a few days ago, and my upper lip is still tired. thanks for all the support this year. it wasn't a normal year by any account, and I know it wasn't easy for people to find the extra money to donate this year due to job disruption, but I hope that the pandemic has given men a moment to to reflect on their health, their habits and what matters in their life. you don't need money to start getting healthier, or take an ounce of prevention by starting to move again. Use the resources that this campaign offers and keep an eye out for the many advancements in research and treatments that the funding assists. cheers!
