My motivation

Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

Here I am in my 17th Movember with as much motivation and determination as ever.

Each year I sadly, alarmingly, but not so surprisingly, have even More Motivation through my family & friends to grow a Mo, raise some much needed Money and awareness for men's health research and programs, walk a few kilometres (17 every 3 days) and do a buncha pushups (170 every 3 days).

We all know someone touched by cancer, depression or other male health concerns. This Movember I'm asking for YOUR help and support in the names of my late father Wayne, my dearest departed brother from another Mother Mark "Poobie" Lockhart, my Uncle Wilf, Uncle Frank, Derek, Gord Fuckin' Downie, my boyhood idol Mr. Hawerchuk and ALL the other men who are fighting their own personal health battles everyday.
