Depuis 2011, je participe à Movember pour que les hommes puissent se sentir vulnérables et aller chercher l'aide dont ils ont besoin. Je participe pour Jack et pour tous les hommes qui nous ont quittés trop tôt. Je participe pour que la santé mentale soit une priorité pour toute la société. Ce n'est pas viril de souffrir en silence. Soyons solidaires!

Since 2011, I have participated in Movember so that men can feel vulnerable and seek out the help they need. I participate for Jack and all the men who have gone too soon. I participate so that mental health becomes a priority for all of society. It is not manly to suffer in silence. Let's stand together!
