My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer

I do this for my family, the closest men in my life, and for any guys like us that may struggle with male cancers or mental health. After 13 years strong of hairy upper lips, I'm upping my game and celebrating Movember early in 2023 - culminating in October's Chicago Marathon! Please follow along with my MOVEs, and support me in fundraising for this great cause.

Partial recap of the month - went very well from a MOVE perspective! I beat my goal of 300 km, or 10k+/day. And at the National Cross-Country Championships in Ottawa, I was fifth in the masters race and bronze in my age group (as part of a great team, Newmarket Huskies). Check out some pics from my Dad!

It was amazing to be able to bring more of my family to the game, and I have to give huge thank yous to all my supporters over the years - without your continued support since the inaugural 2019 game, I don't think I would even have been considered this time. Post 3 of 3.

Just as a quick *pre*cap, I was absolutely honoured to receive the TWICE-in-a-lifetime opportunity to play hockey against the Toronto Maple Leafs Alumni as part of the Movember Mavericks, back in September 2022 in Gravenhurst. Post 2 of 3...

Gotta grow that Mo! Starting to come in. For my Dad & my Bro and all the men who are challenged by men’s cancers and mental health.

What a weekend at the National Cross-Country Championships, and with family! Feeling very fortunate we're all as healthy as we are, despite brushes with the causes Movember supports.

So Tara & my virtual Boston Marathon medals arrived the other day! That remote race took place last month, but I’m getting really close to my revised MOVE target of running 300km during Movember! Kudos to everyone like my awesome wife who is pushing their active goals!
