Can’t believe Movember’s wrapping up, but still time to donate! Earlier this month, met up with my brother in Whitby in our éS TJ Rogers x Movember shoes. Great skater & shoe, great cause & collaboration! Donate to my fundraiser via https://movember.com/m/logue?mc=75

Happy Movember everybody! The moustache is IN! I would need more than a month to do it proper justice, but in honour of the Blue Jays epic run I am going for the Davis Schneider look.

Wayback Recap - Chicago Marathon for Movember back on October 13th was amazing! Spent time with some great people, enjoyed the City on a little getaway with Tara, and had a fantastic race day! Ran a personal best of 2:46 and motivated to MOVE more (after some time to rest :)

Partial recap of the month - went very well from a MOVE perspective! I beat my goal of 300 km, or 10k+/day. And at the National Cross-Country Championships in Ottawa, I was fifth in the masters race and bronze in my age group (as part of a great team, Newmarket Huskies). Check out some pics from my Dad!

It was amazing to be able to bring more of my family to the game, and I have to give huge thank yous to all my supporters over the years - without your continued support since the inaugural 2019 game, I don't think I would even have been considered this time. Post 3 of 3.

Just as a quick *pre*cap, I was absolutely honoured to receive the TWICE-in-a-lifetime opportunity to play hockey against the Toronto Maple Leafs Alumni as part of the Movember Mavericks, back in September 2022 in Gravenhurst. Post 2 of 3...

What a weekend at the National Cross-Country Championships, and with family! Feeling very fortunate we're all as healthy as we are, despite brushes with the causes Movember supports.

So Tara & my virtual Boston Marathon medals arrived the other day! That remote race took place last month, but I’m getting really close to my revised MOVE target of running 300km during Movember! Kudos to everyone like my awesome wife who is pushing their active goals!

Here we go, year 12! Hope everyone is having a great fall so far. Here are a few Hallowe’en pics from the Logues. Because family is what it’s all about!

Wow, what a weird year 2020 has been... who knew back in March we’d still be still be experiencing the fallout of this pandemic by Hallowe’en & Movember? There have been some great things about it; like more time with newly expanded family ;) Here are a few pics from our favourite holiday

But at times 2020 has had me feeling like a ghost stuck at home going through the motions - which underlines how important to make time for those things that keep us feeling healthy & balanced (last Halloween post ;)
