Partial recap of the month - went very well from a MOVE perspective! I beat my goal of 300 km, or 10k+/day. And at the National Cross-Country Championships in Ottawa, I was fifth in the masters race and bronze in my age group (as part of a great team, Newmarket Huskies). Check out some pics from my Dad!

So Tara & my virtual Boston Marathon medals arrived the other day! That remote race took place last month, but I’m getting really close to my revised MOVE target of running 300km during Movember! Kudos to everyone like my awesome wife who is pushing their active goals!
