My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

The past couple of years have been particularly difficult for our family. We have lost two family members directly because of mental illness. My cousin-in-law, Ben, a loving husband, father, son, and friend, unexpectedly took his own life. To me, Ben was always so warm, happy, and friendly. He had so many interesting things to talk about, and as a fellow "in-law" seemed to always spend time with me to make me feel comfortable. Movember is a chance for me to help honour Ben's life - to help others that need it!

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Movember is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there. Help me stop men dying too young.
