Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

Holy MO'ly, it's that time of year again!

Mental health has been near and dear to me for an absolute too long of a time, and I know it has likely affected, in some shape or form, nearly every one of you that reads this.

I will get behind this fundraiser year after year, as it is not only a great way to raise money for research, prevention, awareness, etc, but it's also a fantastic way to open up dialogue, and letting people (truly, not just men) know its ok to not be ok.
Nearly every one of us has gone through something that has fully tested us, and yet most everyone keeps it bottled up, and does nothing about it.
Please know that it's ok to talk, ok to ask for help, ok to open up and show a moment of vulnerability, ok to not let these things defeat you.

While I do this during November for the fundraising aspect of it (and getting away with growing a dusty greaser for the month), at the end of the day, I don't care if you donate or not. What would make the biggest difference is more people opening up, and being able to shed the negative stigmas associated with men's mental health issues.

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Movember is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there. Help me stop men dying too young.

Thank-you for your commitment and support.

We've now arrived at Movember 30 and everyone in this challenge should pause for a moment to reflect on an amazing job done, what can only be described as an epic 'stache and an impressive commitment to help change the face of men's health.

As Mo season is coming to a close, I want to flag that the leaderboards will officially close on Thursday, December 7th at 5 pm EST, marking the moment we crown our 2023 Movember champions of each challenge. While donations can still be received after this time, please note that they won't contribute to the leaderboard race.

Thanks for all you have done this year and will continue to do as we move forward.
