Year 11 !!!! It's more important than ever!!! 2020 has been one fucked up year. Mental Health issues are amplified for all of us. Many men feel the pressure to provide, support, hold it together, be the bread winner. Yes, even in today's environment of supposedly equal opportunities. And its stressful. It takes its toll, even during a "normal" year. Please help me try to support the Mental Health of the guys out there who are just trying as best they can and feeling like its all too much. My dude, you got this, you matter, you're givin it your best and shit will get better. You rock my brother !! We got this !
