My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

In the spring of 2026 I will be kayaking around my home province of Nova Scotia. While the idea for this trip started as a personal one, it felt right to try and make it into something bigger. As something that is personally important to me, raising funds and awareness for men's mental health and suicide prevention was the way to go, and I'm very grateful to Movember for helping me out on this journey.

In the spring of 2026 I am embarking on a kayak expedition to circumnavigate my home province of Nova Scotia. The expedition will be approximately 2000km long and take around 70 days to complete.
