In the spring of 2026 I will be kayaking around my home province of Nova Scotia. While the idea for this trip started as a personal one, it felt right to try and make it into something bigger. As something that is personally important to me, raising funds and awareness for men's mental health and suicide prevention was the way to go, and I'm very grateful to Movember for helping me out on this journey.
I hope you will join in on this adventure by donating to a good cause, spreading the word, and following the progress along the way.

In the spring of 2026 I am embarking on a kayak expedition to circumnavigate my home province of Nova Scotia. The expedition will be approximately 2000km long and take around 70 days to complete.

Hey Im from Truro, I was a Correctional official, until I hit the bottom of the barrel. I would no longer to anything at some point. I wanted to gave up and the system tried to help me, even if their waiting list was long. I am doing better now, but this is such a big subject that needs to recognition. People need to know they are not alone and to talk about it. ♡ thank you
