My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

Hello! I am raising money to support men's health. I am focusing on mental health in particular as I have struggled with anxiety in the past and was able to find support that was invaluable in helping me meet my challenges. However, not all men are so lucky.

Based on the most recent government of Canada statistics, 11 people in Canada die of suicide each day, of which 75% are men. Raising awareness through MoVember is a great motivation to get men talking.
