My motivation

Well — it’s that time of year again, and I’m really excited to get started on Movember!

Every year, I take part in Movember to raise funds and awareness for men’s health and mental health. These causes are deeply personal to me, and I know they’ve touched the lives of so many within our community as well. Together, we can help remove the stigma that too often surrounds men’s health — because it’s okay to not be okay.

Since 2020, we’ve raised $4,505 for Movember. That’s something we can all be proud of — but I know we can make an even bigger impact this year!

I’m inviting all of our amazing fans to join me once again in making a difference. Whether it’s through a donation or by simply sharing the link, your support helps spark important conversations and drive positive change!

Thank you, SabreHood, for always stepping up — on and off the ice. Let’s make this Movember one to remember!

With gratitude,
Justin Alarie

Thank you so much for doing this Justin! All of your efforts are so very much appreciated, by Uncle Pete and I, and so many others! Men's health is certainly an issue that needs to be addressed, both mental and physical! We're thankful that you have a good support system in place for yourself! That's important and so are you!
