My motivation

There is absolutely no denying that men's health isn't spoken about nearly enough.

This will be my fifth year participating in this great cause. Both my uncle Pete and my uncle Paul have battles of their own with cancer and I'd love nothing more than a cancer free world as it affects everybody.

In our hockey family here in Frontenac I'm also dedicating this fundraiser to our close friend, Chuck Bray. Chuck is a massive supporter of the Frontenac Phantoms and our community. Chuck is always putting his efforts to give back to the community.

I'm also someone that struggles daily with their mental health. Some days are harder to cope with than others, some days I don't recognize the person in the mirror. I make sure I have a support system in place that will support me throughout my journey.

With that being said, it's okay to not be okay! Don't be afraid to ask for help!
