There is absolutely no denying that there is an issue in the world that isn't spoke about nearly enough, that's the issues surrounding men's mental health!

This month the Frontenac Phantoms are encouraging you to join our team to fight the stigma surrounding men's mental health, grow a mustache, go for a run, be active and raise some money in the process to support a worthy cause!
