My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

I lived a long time showing a tough exterior when my insides were slowly eroding away. I lived a self destructive lifestyle that lead to the deepest and darkest moments of my life. I just kept finding new lows until the point that i didn't know if i could live another day.
I was fortunate enough to have a support system that helped me get the professional counselling that I needed and now almost 15 years later i have never felt better.
I would do anything in my power to help anyone go from what I felt back then to what I feel now

Thank you so much for hosting Move Mondays! I really enjoyed them but what I enjoyed even more was your openness and your spirit. I mean this in the least creepy way possible, but I really liked just watching you and hearing you talk. It was a lot of fun and I appreciated your realness in sharing about yourself.

Last week you mentioned that you'd cheated and started growing the Mo before November and I feel like it'll bring you great peace to know that we here at Mo-HQ give you a pass on that for sure. So you can let that weight go now, okay?
