Mental and physical health is a great discussion to have and an important one to de-stigmatize. Although I will never fully comprehend the pressure men face to “be a man”, I can only imagine that the pressure to be okay when you are not is hugely detrimental in its own right. Breaking away at the silence surrounding it is waaaaaay more than a simple gesture :)
