Hey everyone ! So it’s been a year since I have had to wear this not so full, slightly dirty, very important statement of health. I can’t explain how grateful I am to see a push for Men’s Health and awareness. The issues we are all trying to fight and prevent have affected me personally. There are so many people that have made a positive change in my life and I just hope you know how much I love and appreciate you.

I have had people in my life who have been directly affected by this disease and people who have not but choose to selflessly fight the good fight.

Today I join the fight for those people. For their selfless efforts and for the people who have fought this directly . I join this fight today for our families and friends, for our sons, and their sons. The experiences felt have brought on a not so obvious realization. We are not immortal, we are not untouchable, we are not supermen.................we are fathers, husbands, and friends. Please do yourself and everyone close to you a favour, get checked !

We've now arrived at Movember 30 and everyone in this challenge should pause for a moment to reflect on an amazing job done, what can only be described as an epic 'stache and an impressive commitment to help change the face of men's health.

As Mo season is coming to a close, I want to flag that the leaderboards will officially close on Thursday, December 7th at 5 pm EST, marking the moment we crown our 2023 Movember champions of each challenge. While donations can still be received after this time, please note that they won't contribute to the leaderboard race.

Thanks for all you have done this year and will continue to do as we move forward.
