My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

Now more than ever we need each other, bros especially. Globally, the rate of suicide in men is alarmingly high. I think we're all guilty of at one point trying to ‘tough it out’, keeping our thoughts and feelings to ourselves and struggling in silence.

Movember is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% (yes 25%!!!) by 2030, and I want to help them get there.

Help me help the men in YOUR life by raising money for this amazing foundation which is not only raising money for men's health, but also sparking the important conversations. $5, $10, $20 or any multiple there of you can donate goes directly to helping those that need the support, and those that will. On behalf of all the bros out there, thank you.

We've now arrived at Movember 30 and everyone in this challenge should pause for a moment to reflect on an amazing job done, what can only be described as an epic 'stache and an impressive commitment to help change the face of men's health.

As Mo season is coming to a close, I want to flag that the leaderboards will officially close on Thursday, December 7th at 5 pm EST, marking the moment we crown our 2023 Movember champions of each challenge. While donations can still be received after this time, please note that they won't contribute to the leaderboard race.

Thanks for all you have done this year and will continue to do as we move forward.
