Happy Movember everyone!

These last few years have been difficult, however with us slowly emerging from hibernation, I hope to see you all around the City (if you live in Edmonton). If you don't, please reach out online via my social media platforms, generally I'll use IG to post updates, however I will also be active on FB if necessary.

As usual, thanks so much for the support, either monetary or not. If you can't or choose not to donate, I challenge you to get out there and MOVE! Get your friends and family involved. Let's get moving again and make sure you're working on your mental and physical health!

Have a great Movember friends!

Thank-you for your commitment and support.

We've now arrived at Movember 30 and everyone in this challenge should pause for a moment to reflect on an amazing job done, what can only be described as an epic 'stache and an impressive commitment to help change the face of men's health.

As Mo season is coming to a close, I want to flag that the leaderboards will officially close on Thursday, December 7th at 5 pm EST, marking the moment we crown our 2023 Movember champions of each challenge. While donations can still be received after this time, please note that they won't contribute to the leaderboard race.

Thanks for all you have done this year and will continue to do as we move forward.

Well that’s a wrap folks. A grand total of 30kms in the books... only took me around 2 hours with a combo of running and biking.

I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.... wow

338 Week(s) Ago
I ran 10 km01:10:00

This was not fun.... in the least. This reaffirms my pure hatred for running.

338 Week(s) Ago
I cycled 10 km00:40:00

Well I was pretty much on the money for time and kms cycled.

10kms on the bike in the books and the extra cardio on the steps!

338 Week(s) Ago
I cycled 9 km00:35:00

Wow.... there it is folks, 9.2 kms this AM. Everything after 6km was a grind... totally worth it.

Did I mention I hate cardio more than anything?
