Wow, another year and it's Movember. This is the 10th. year I have participated. Thank you my son Seth for leading the way with this. Important work is being done. New treatments for prostate cancer, and programs for Men's mental health. Let's hope we can make a difference and our friends and family can be healthy and happy! I am starting the MOvember campaign a little late however I started my beard and stach early. I haven't shaved since I went in for an operation to remove a cancerous node. All looks good and now it's time to make sure we bring attention to Men's Health. Donate to a MoBro and Stop Men from dying too young.
