It's Movember again. This is the 15th. year I have participated. Thank you my son Seth for leading the way with this. Important work is being done. New treatments for prostate cancer, and programs for Men's mental health. Sadly we have lost a few friends this last while and if we can help stop this from happening why wouldn't we. Early detection is always best so see a Doc regularly! You know your body best and please don't wait when you notice something new!!! Go get it checked out NOW! Better safe than sorry! I am starting the MOvember campaign a little late however I started my beard and stach early. I haven't shaved since I went in for an operation to remove a cancerous node. All looks good and now it's time to make sure we bring attention to Men's Health. Donate to a MoBro and Stop Men from dying too young.
