My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health

Year 15. Wow. so many conversations about Men's Health, early on the conversation was educating people what Movember was and that Men should go see their doctor!

I am so happy that My Dad has been growing his mustache and participating for just about as long as I.


In the last few years, Movember has really grown (haa) and is changing the face of Men's Health with focus on mental health and suicide prevention, in addition to prostate and testicular cancer research.

Some of the many programs funded by Movember, such as https://truenth.ca/, help men as they go through cancer treatment and focuses on the unintended side effects and improving their quality of life.


Move more, make time for your pals, have real conversations about the tough stuff,. know your body and see your Doctor! Mo love!
