Back for another year. Let the Fuzziness begin. So many people are experiencing physical and mental health challenges these past couple of years. If we can help we should do so any way we can. Listen to someone. Visit someone if you are allowed. Drop a line. Mail a card. Donate to Movember. This year I am Sgt. Schultzing the 'stache, which is really dating myself. How ever unlike Sgt. Schultz I can not say "I see nothing." "I know Nothing." I see. I learn. I know. I must do what I can.

Stairs . An easy way to start to get back into shape. Going upstairs do it two extra times. Go up, go down go up, go down. Repeat when you finished what ever you were doing upstairs. Simple little things to get healthy.
DOnate to Movember. If not through me then through someone else. Get and stay healthy.

Well I have been remiss in letting everyone know I am fundraising for Movember again. To be truthful I was not going to do it this year. Then I started realizing of all years this was the year to keep health in mind. I lost two friends this year. One Covid Related . The other on October 28th and they still have not formally announced the cause of death. Not Covid, a Healthy Heart, we still have to wait to hear for at least another two or three weeks.

If ever there was a time that health awareness it all its forms needs to be spread it is certainly this year. If you have something to spare, donate. If not to me to someone else.

I keep asking myself why every other yer I go bald to do Movember. Maybe to be a little more noticeable. But I realized today as I am shaving my head and touching and feeling for all the little stubble etc. That the whole extra 8 - 10 minutes I spend shaving is nothing in comparisons to the changes in your life cancer and poor health make.
Working on improving my health. Encourage you to work on yours. Support me if you can. If you can't support someone else.

This is it the last day. This thing will be gone tomorrow. I want to thank all the people who donated to me it was appreciated. To all you others ... it is not too late. $10.00 from everybody who gets this message and has not donated would low the roof off of my goal. And remember my response to your request for help for moving will be directly proportional. :)

Day 15

285 Week(s) Ago

Wow am I behind. My first post and it is Day 5. Enough for the "scragglies" to be visible. This year, while still honouring my father, it is time I did this for me. Time to stop teaching (well continue teaching) and start doing. Back into better physical shape and proper healthy habits. So it is time to start donating for men's health. This has been a great cause and great for creating awareness. Help me reach my goal and I will stop inundating you with messages.

10 Minutes 3.2 seconds. That is how long it takes to shave these days. That could be a nice short walk with the dog. Warm up stretching for exercising. THe preparation of a nice salad. So many things you can do to n improve your health in 10 minutes. It takes less than 10 minutes to donate. SO why not use the extra time after donating to do something healthy.

336 Week(s) Ago

I was reminded yesterday how privileged I am. I bitched and whined and had many thoughts about taking a 21 minute detour so (42 minutes) both ways to help some one out. And I realized this morning that I had no reason to be bitchy. That I should be thankful I can take the time to help someone. That I have my health that I can go. That I have built my business enough that I can afford the time when other people can not even get off of work. My point ? If you have your health , your life and the opportunity to make things better. Do so. Make a small donation to someone in November.

Well a friend donated and said Bald is Beautiful. I replied it may be beautiful but it is a lot of work. A routine. And can't we say the same thing about our health. It is a lot of work but it becomes a routine. Exercise, eat properly, have your check up, etc. etc. pretty soon it becomes habit not work. Go and encourage someone today. IF you have not donated to someone for Movember do it now. It is a lot of work but it is worth it. No one to donate to? Pick me :) https://mobro.co/bbeltpanchaudbros?mc=1

Good grief I am a bad boy. Day 8 and with all my running around I have not posted anything yet. I continue to do this because I have so many male Friends, acquaintances, and family that have struggled with Health Issues. This year I went bald for fun. So people will at least say oh yeah Movember. I should donate to someone. IF you know someone doing this show them your support. If you have not one else I will be glad to have your support. This Movember I begin my challenge to get back into shape and better health.

Note: As donations can be made privately, not all donations are displayed to the public.
