We’ll it’s half way through Movember. So today, I had my daughter help my colour my beard for the day. It’s green with a blue racing stripe down the middle.

Why do I do this you ask? To start conversations about men’s health. Have you had your prostate checked? It’s a simple blood test - no more finger up the bum. Have you done a self-check on your nuts to feel for lumps? Do you need someone to talk to or does someone close to you seem off and not their usual self?

We do this to start important conversations about our health.
