My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

Well, this is now at least my 10th year (I think there's been several more) of defacing my face to support the cause of men's health. The Movember Foundation is the only global charity I'm aware of that deals with men's physical and mental health, raising funds to tackle some of the biggest health issues faced by men: prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and mental health. As a father, a son, and a man, these are important issues to me.

These turbulent years have been hard on everyone; yes, even men, and our mental health is even more of an issue than it was in the before times. Please support this worthy cause.
