Mental health and suicide prevention

I'm back for my 12th year of Movember!

This has always been a very personal charity for me as prostate cancer has impacted my family on more than one occasion. But it goes beyond that. This last year provided a very real reminder that life is short and we need to take care of ourselves so we can enjoy our time on Earth. I urge you all to take care of yourselves, see a doctor regularly, live healthily, and laugh, laugh, laugh.

My Mo is dedicated to Dad, Grandpa, Uncle Rich, and all the other men out there battling health issues.
