This is my 13th year growing a 'stache for Movember!

This has always been a very personal charity for me as prostate cancer (and mental health, and health in general) has impacted my family on more than one occasion. As I enter my 40s, I'm focusing more than ever on living a healthy lifestyle and what better place to start than by growing a sexy moustache.

I urge you all to take care of yourselves, see a doctor regularly, eat well, exercise, and laugh, laugh, laugh.

My Mo is dedicated to Dad, Grandpa, Uncle Rich, and all the other men out there battling health issues.
