Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

In the recent past, I found myself in a place where my mental health was impacting me in new and uncomfortable ways. It was more complex, with more low days than I'm used to. I found comfort in the things that more men need to reach out towards: friends, family, resources, and ownership. I came out the other side. I mo so the men in my life know they aren't alone.
