Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

Over the past year or so, I have found my own mental health in a different place than it has been in years past. More complex. More low days than I'm used to. And I've found comfort in the things that more men need to reach out towards: friends, family, resources, and ownership. I mo so the men in my life know they aren't alone.
