Mental health and suicide prevention

Around the world, one man dies by suicide every minute of every day. This Movember I’m encouraging everyone to have a meaningful conversation with a man in their life about how they’re really doing. Let’s help stop men dying too young.

If you would like to donate to support mental health and suicide prevention, prostate cancer, and testicular cancer, I’d greatly appreciate your support.

As a thank you for your support, I’m committing to go the distance and make my “mo”vement count.

If I raise $230, I won’t shave until I’ve run a half-marathon (23km).
If I raise $500, I won’t shave until I’ve run a 50km.
If I raise $800, I won’t shave until I’ve run a 50 miler (80km).
If I raise $1000, I won’t shave until I’ve run a 100km (in one go).
