As a new Movember is upon us, it's time for another season of growing face laces to support men's health.

As an important part of men's health, I am primarily looking to help raise awareness of the importance of looking after both physical and mental health. Many of us are both directly and indirectly impacted by mental health impacts, and its critical to share the message that it is okay to not be okay. If you or someone you love is currently dealing with the impacts of mental health, this is a great way to help begin a conversation to reduce the stigma and hesitation that many cite as the reason for not seeking support.
