Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

My family has a history of mental health issues (I lost my father to biopolar disease), and I think it's important to speak up and remove stigma. As we enter our second year of COVID Movember, I think it's vital to raise awareness for mental health issues for everyone. With so many people dealing with isolation, it's a good time to reach out and check in on everyone.

If you're growing a moustahce this year, it's even easier to participate - you can just hide your mo' behind a mask until it's ready to show off!

The results are in for the 2025 U of Mo Campus Challenge — and what a year it has been!

Students, clubs, societies, and campuses across Canada came together to raise $389,272 for men’s health, with 1288 students across 316 campuses taking part.

Now, to crown our campus champion.

With an impressive $30,687 raised, McMaster University is officially the 2025 U of Mo Champion.

This year saw some of the closest competition we’ve had. McGill University took silver, Concordia University secured bronze, and University of Western Ontario and University of Waterloo rounded out our top contenders.

To every student who participated — thank you. You’ve sparked conversations, raised awareness, and helped push men’s health forward within your communities.

Your leadership now helps build a healthier future later.
