My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

In British Columbia, the most at risk group for suicide is men aged 30 to 50. Being in that age group and having experienced severe depression myself, I want to start a conversation so we can end the stigma that surrounds men's mental health and stop men from dying too young.
