My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

The face of depression often wears a smile. We rarely are aware of what is happening inside the men we love. Mental illness isn't always visible and because it isn't, is easy to dismiss until you're loved one just isn't there one day.
The rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men ‘tough it out’. Movember is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there.
