My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Movember is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there.

There are men out there who need that extra little bit of help to realize that the challenges they're experiencing mentally are a NORMAL reaction to an abnormal event, and that they are not alone. Everyone's experience with depression is absolutely unique, however what is common to all is that opening up about the troubles you are facing internally is the gateway to recovery.

Thanks to my experiences at home, at work and through sports, I am fortunate enough to say that I have been side by side with some of the most inspirational, hard-working men on this planet. If I could help prolong a positive healthy life for my role models by simply growing a glorious moustache, then that's exactly what I will do. Please help me keep the men you love alive.

Thank-you for your commitment and support.

We've now arrived at Movember 30 and everyone in this challenge should pause for a moment to reflect on an amazing job done, what can only be described as an epic 'stache and an impressive commitment to help change the face of men's health.

As Mo season is coming to a close, I want to flag that the leaderboards will officially close on Thursday, December 7th at 5 pm EST, marking the moment we crown our 2023 Movember champions of each challenge. While donations can still be received after this time, please note that they won't contribute to the leaderboard race.

Thanks for all you have done this year and will continue to do as we move forward.
