Certain triggers can set off your PTSD. They bring back strong memories. They may feel like they are living through their traumatic experience all over again.
How to help someone having a flashback.
1. Tell them they’re having a flashback and the event is not actually happening.
2. Help remind them of their surroundings.
3. Encourage them to take deep and slow breaths.
4. Avoid sudden movements.
5. Ask before you touch them.

About 15 per cent of depressed people eventually die by suicide. The risk increases with age, but more and more young people are killing themselves. In Eureka, Nevada, USA, it is illegal for men with moustaches to kiss women. I guess I can't go to Nevada anytime soon. :( Sporting a Mo is lethal.

Week one photo update and Mo-fact of the week.
The average one-month old moustache is capable of holding 30ml of liquid or 10 per cent of a glass of beer before leaking its contents down the owner’s face. Going to have buy some Erdingers and try that at the end of the month. Multiple trials necessary to ensure a true scientific result. :)

My World Cancer Day unity bracelets (Movember Edition) came in a couple days ago. One for me and one for my son. :) Sporting it at work and the Gym.
