My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Movember is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there. Help me stop men dying too young.

From a personal standpoint, mental health is vastly important. From seeing the effects of struggling with it in athletes and clients to my own struggles. It’s important to not suffer in silence, open up and speak about. Growing my Mo this month is hopefully to help bring more awareness to this issue that is plaguing us all.
