I have been participating in Movember for over 8 years. Why try to do something like grow hair when it is something very challenging for me (after all, hair don't grow on steel)? Well, it's because I see too many guys (and gals) at my age experiencing health issues. I want to help, not only family and friends but also anyone else willing to listen. Without your support over the years, my role as a participant would not have gained the success and attention for folks in need of this movement. Thank you.

This is where I need your help to get more people in the giving spirit without the guilt of a large donation. In fact, I think most of us can pass on a Starbucks or Timmy's coffee or two, the equivalent of $5. And if your connections want to help without going through the "growing pain" of a moustache, then leave that part to me. Just pass the message that all I'm asking is for $5 not any more. Thank you and love you. Cheers, mark.

It might be easier to grow hair out of your ears next year?... Good luck.

Good job on recruiting funds for a great cause.
