My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

As men, we are traditionally not great at opening up, afraid to ask for help when we’re struggling. Metal health challenges can be masked and it’s not always easy to know when someone is going through a rough patch. There is a mental health epidemic happening right now, with an outsized impact on young men.

This year, I’ll be dedicating my Movember efforts to the memory of one of my dearest friends, Duncan. Dunc was one of the smiliest, caring, generous and fun loving people in my life. Although he brought happiness to so many around him, he wasn’t able to find light in his own life.

For my fellow Mo bros, happy growing season. But most importantly, make sure to check in on your buddies, do it for Duncan
