John Richard "Rick" Hergel passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 30th, 2019, at the age of 59. Richard attended York University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Film Studies. He proudly served as a Lieutenant in the 48th Highlanders of Canada Reserve Unit and enjoyed flying as an amateur pilot. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
