Mental health and suicide prevention

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them. Together we can make a difference for men's health with cancer, mental health and suicide prevention.

This effort is in memory of our good friend Ray Walker who was always looking out for his friends and this cause was very close to his heart. Help me stop men dying too young. Lets raise awareness and encourage everyone to share their stories openly and normalize talking about these things - none of us have to suffer in silence!
