My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

I am running out of support for people that don't know.

People that don't know they're not alone when it comes to mental health.

People that don't know there's help for people struggling with poor mental health.

Guys that don't know a prostate health check can be as simple as a blood test from your doctor.

I'm going to run 50km in October (probably lots' of 2k's!!!). That's 10 km's for 5 people that have been part of my life, and have had challenges with the above. While I know there's many more, I will share a little bit of their story after the completion of each 10k.
