My motivation

Fundraising for cause areas including:

Mental health and suicide prevention
Men's health

Together we can change the way "toughness" is perceived.

I believe in a strong body, strong mind, as well as building the necessary support systems needed to concur the challenges of everyday life.

I think men have a very difficult time with improving mental health, mostly because we are unsure how to ask for help. Most of us choose to suffer in silence rather than reach out for support. It is important to express your emotions, so they don’t control your actions later on in various areas of your life. When men age our support circle of friends becomes smaller and our responsibilities grow larger. It is my goal to decrease the lonely struggle of men, ultimately allowing them to attain a healthier life and develop better relationships with those around them.

Please join me in raising awareness and supporting the men in our lives.
