Men's health
Testicular cancer

Testicular cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer in young men. It's also one of the most treatable and curable cancers when caught early. After being diagnosed with testicular cancer in 2022, I want to help raise awareness of the symptoms to look out for and the importance of getting checked out.

60km run complete! Final numbers - total time was 9 hours 37 min, total steps were just under 70,000, and total calories burned were approx. 5,000.
