My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. The Movember Foundation is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there. Help me stop men dying too young.

This year I participated in Movember again. My participation isn't always very obvious, as it takes most of the month for anything to show on my face, but I don't think I did too bad this year.
I know Decemeber has now started, but its not to late to make a contribution towards my Movember efforts. The Movember foundation is the leading charity for men's health issues, particularly focusing on prostate and testicular cancers, and mental health issues.

Here's the first photo of this year's Movember effort - just like every other year, the month is basically over by the time I have anything to show.

Checking in for the first time - I've not been well! I'm a little short of my target, so here's hoping I can gain some ground.

Note: As donations can be made privately, not all donations are displayed to the public.
