Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this month I'm joining them along with some of my close friends in an effort to make a difference. In these trying times men's health, especially mentally, has been put to the test.
Whenever I need to clear my head I like going running outside. When gyms were closed and strict social distancing measures were in effect, running was the only mental health treatment I had available.
That's why this month I'm challenging myself to run 150km - for all those men who are suffering either physically or mentally and need our support to make a difference!
Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention.
