Fundraising for cause areas including:

Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them. Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young.
I see friends battle with mental health everyday, I have had them cry on my shoulder from a hug, thank me for a safety meeting regarding depression and the holidays and call me in bad times. As much as I know being a friend is a start I know there is better help out there and this is my way of supporting the professionals helping men get back on their feet.
